“You can’t be a creative thinker if you’re not stimulating your mind, just as you can’t be an Olympic athlete if you don’t train regularly.”
— Ken Robinson
Historically, creativity was viewed as a gift that wasn’t for everyone to enjoy, but times have changed and it is time to change not only what we think about creativity but how we practice it. I am on my life mission to help rethink and embrace creativity for all. I strive to drive the culture of creative selves no matter what gender, race, ethnicity, age, or culture you are.
I use research-based methods to empower people and organizations to unlock their creative mindset, drive team development, thrive in today’s world of uncertainties, and become champions of problem-solving.
My vast international experience equipped me with various perspectives of creativity. I took time to grind that knowledge and skills with academic studies in China and US to create my own research-based approach to encourage creativity.
I will use this page to share the outcomes of my journey in the world of creativity. The best is yet to come!
