Hi there!

I began my journey as an instructional designer and curriculum developer a long time before those terms reached my country, Belarus, where I was born and raised. Back then, I worked as a Study Abroad Specialist where I developed training programs for customers and employees to help them navigate the college application process and international systems of education.

I have a long but exciting journey of learning and growing into a Learning and Development Specialist and my professional experience extends to places like China, the Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Poland, Ukraine, Lithuania, the US, and many more. As an employee, student, and long-term resident in several international contexts, I was exposed to different perspectives that helped me to gain invaluable resources and skills that I use to take design and development decisions.

I go beyond simply developing content, experiences, or courses, I take you on a skill or a problem-solving journey. I explore all options to come up with a custom-built solution that fits your audience’s needs and develops behaviors you want to see in your team.

In my own life outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my husband and friends, playing kalimba, learning new trampoline flips, playing board games, and mindfully enjoying every moment of my life.
